Maintenance plans

HVAC maintenance plans for Phoenix homes

In the desert, an air conditioner works from spring well into fall. Dust packs the coils, monsoon storms test the electrics, and small faults turn into July breakdowns. A plan books the checks for you and moves you up the queue when something does go wrong.

Plan questions

Maintenance plan FAQs

Can I cancel a maintenance plan?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Yearly plans can be cancelled for a refund of the unused months, less any discounts you already used.

Do plans cover more than one system?

Each plan covers one system: one outdoor unit and its indoor unit. Homes with two systems get a second plan at a lower price.

What happens during a tune-up?

We clean the outdoor coil, test capacitors and motors, check refrigerant pressures and temperatures, clear the condensate drain, tighten electrical connections and replace the filter. You get a written report with photos.
